They are super slow to respond at that verify email. I had a firepay chargeback that was resolved 2 weeks ago but now suddenly my account has been disabled by the "Risk Team". I emailed verify and they have been no help whatsoever. Meanwhile I can't even access my funds, and no email response for 24 hours. LAME!Edit: FCP Info contacted me within 15 minutes of my posting this, and told me exactly what to do to resolve the issue.Really excellent response, kudos to Bob!
