Hi, What's Everyone Up To?

Recommended Posts

Miss everyone (well everyone would be a lie but most everyone) on this forum and wanted to say hi!

What's everyone up to these days?

Who in the US is still playing poker online and where?

Who's doing well with live poker?

Any other catch up news?

Will Rose ever understand variance? (sorry hun I couldn't resist, you know I love ya)

I'm still playing online but would love to play more live. Just got back from the Cherokee, NC WSOPC. Bricked everything but the ladies event, finished 6th in that one. Crushed some video poker though. Online is online, not much to brag about there. My backer bought 50% of my Cherokee action so did have any to sell this year.

I'm praying, hoping, planning to go to Vegas for part of the series.

Okay that's me, let's hear from everyone else.

plus when you're cranking down late at night if the screen is too bright it can hurt your eyes but you don't want to stop to turn it down. its a race against time at that point, in more ways than one.

Not me. I just had an ego-gasm and tilt-closed all my gambling accounts over a ruling that ultimately went my way but took too long.

I'll take my degeneracy live again, where everything is run smoothly and ethically.

By forcefully, repeatedly acknowledging DD's gender, and nothing else, we've created a comfortable environment where the most important thing to her is the only important thing to us.

What's up DD?

No. No US players play online. I would be playing everyday if it were legal.

And the kids would suffer. This law really is working as intended, keeping deadbeat dads off the filthy Internet where they can gamble and putting them on other parts of the Internet, where they can talk about gambling and other things. The kids still suffer, but nobody is gambling. I guess maybe the law is stupid.

Playing poker occasionally. My PC broke at the end of last year which coincided with a downswing and GTA V coming out. I've got a new PC now but havent' really played much at all this year. Hopefully play a bit more in the summer.

Was gona make a very similar post asking about where everyone is and how things are with FCP.

Jez, really miss how this place used to be. Looking at post from 2006-08, what a great place this was. I was so innocent, so naive, just genuinely enjoying poker for what it was...needless I really didn't appreciate or realise how great the poker world was then
