different tournament set up

I'm going to be attending a Philanthropy Event that is a poker tournament this Thursday. The format is a little bit different so the strategy of how to play is going to be different. I was wondering if you guys could give me some tips on how to change my strategy in order to win.Basically each organization has a team of 5 guys. The tournament starts at 7:30 and ends at 11:00. Whatever team has the most chips at 11:00 wins the grand prize.How does having teams change strategy? How does ending at 11:00 and the team having the most chips change strategy?
