  1. I read a good piece awhile back by Barney Frank, the flaming gay, liberal dem Conressman from Mass. It basically said the government shouldn't tell people how to spend their entertainment dollar. Banning online poker was hypocritical etc., etc.Why doesn't Pelosi just grab him, throw an interview, and say we are going to carve out an exemption for poker..........BOOM!!!! Ten million votes this Nov. 7.I'm done with Republicans but I wish I knew I was switching to a team that had my back, if just on this one issue. You would think we could get one party on our side.   2. I don't understand these sites just bailing when online poker is not prohibited by the law, just the transfer of funds to poker sites from US citizens. Neteller isn't bailing yet. Aren't they making millions every day. Why cut that off earlier than you have to? Full Tilt says they are staying for good, or in the words of our esteemed Presidente, "Bring it on". Glad to see at least one online company has the balls to stand up for what is right.

I can't believe all of these sights are bailing out when the new law doesn't even outlaw poker, but the transfer of funds to gambling sites. What a bunch of spineless jellyfish. Someone has to stand up to this crap and challenge it in court.
