  1. My guess is K9 or A9 but without playing and knowing more on the player I am just guessing really. Plus, I am assuming that the turn and river weren't the same suit to put 3 to a flush out there.I can see a $12 raise with K9 (suited or non) or A9 (suited or non) in his position. The reason I say this is because he checked the flop even after the BB checked to him. I would guess he was scared of the flopped Q with you behind him. The check on the turn tells me he could be expecting you to bet things for his turned trips since you bet out on the flop. The bet on the river is a value bet because
  2. If you are going to play that hand in that position I would have limped. Once the first person calls your bet of just 275 most others will follow because of the odds get better and better (due to the antes)first guy getting just about 2-1second guy getting 3 -1SB getting almost 5-1BB getting 7.5-1This is where antes make the game more and more complex for those that just play ABC poker. With that many players just the antes alone pretty much equal the BB so if you chose to play 67 in mid position I would have limped and folded to a proper raise or opened with a bet of around 400 or 450. I am g
  3. I love to check-raise in early position when raising pre-flop with a hand like AK. They will remember your pre-flop raise and put you on an over pair or even a set on mid-low boards. You will find that it works a good majority of the time unless you have a reckless loose image or if someone hits the flop with more than just top pair.
  4. I agree with Stupidhead partially. If he means jam after you are raised on the turn, then I fully agree. I like the $7 bet and you had to love his raise, but just calling there I don't like. Here are my thoughts for shoving once you are raised. He has postion and his stack might just be enough to get you off the hand if one of the flushes were to hit and/or the board pairs. By shoving you most likely take the pot down at that moment and don't have to sweat the river bet (if the flush or paired board hits). If he calls, you got your money in with the nuts and and he is way behind.And...I can also
  5. How many events, cashes and bracelets do you expect at this years WSOP? My guesses ...... 17 events, 7 cashes & 1 bracelet.Edit: Probably a little low on the number of events you are going to play based on watching your last weekly rant.
