Im going to vegas this weekend and am wondering where the best place to play 2-5 nl games. Looking for a soft game with less regulars? Does anyone have any suggestions on the best games thank you!!

Try the Bellagio, 2-5 is the lowest they spread and you get a lot of people that just want to play NL at the bellagio.

I found loose and enjoyable $2-5 games at the MGM and Wynn in Feb.

When I played a couple weeks ago, the Wynn was actually a really tough 2-5 game.

I heard the 5/10 mixed at the Venetian was super easy too.

You have to be selective and the games change every day. 1/2 is easy everywhere, but alot of the local rocks and wanna be pros play 2/5 on a daily basis so they aren't always that easy. Table selection is the key, be prepared to go to another casino if there isn't at least a couple of live ones at the table.

a pretty easy 2-5nl game can be found at the mgm...2-5 at the bellagio depends, some locals who try to make living at it, play the 2-5 & game is not always that profitable, check out some play at a couple tables first

I agree that 2-5NL at the Wynn was tough. I think Bellagio can be hit or miss depending on the luck of the table draw. Overall, the MGM would be your best bet in my opinion. Definitely check out the Venetian too but mostly to check out the atmosphere, it's my personal favorite.

Anywhere should be decent. But I've heard some pretty crazy stories from MGM.Bellagio I would avoid. Never played there personally, but heard of a lot of bad experiences. Also hear nothing but good things about Venetian, but I dunno if they have a regular 2/5 game going.

During the week, the 2-5 at the Wynn was filled with locals and nits.

well you and whoever you're playing with can decide, but you can choose from omaha, omaha 8, stud, stud 8, holdem, badugi, chinese, 2-7 triple draw, razz, and probably more than i can't think of right now.chinese was my favourite by far, ( I had never played it before). apparently it's pretty lucky to get a boat in the middle every other hand.

I agree with most people here... Wynn's 2/5 game is tough and it is an uncapped buy in which makes it a very interesting game. I found the Belaggio to be a good game, not great. Like people said before there are a lot of rocks in the 2/5 games in the bigger casinos. Find a smaller room with a full 2/5 table and you should be alright. The Rio and Excaliber were really good games from what I can remember. Hope this helps...
Play smart!
