I just really didn't know if it was taboo or not. It says this in the rules: "Members are restricted from soliciting money or requesting transfers of funds to or from themselves or other parties including non-members" but it says that in the 2p2 marketplace too and I would assume this means no begging more than anything but I just wasn't sure. If I'm not supposed to sorry please remove. I’m playing the WSOP-C event at Harrah’s Cherokee, I’ll be going on Sunday, April 7 and hope to play four $365 events. This should be a really good series and the field is expected to be fairly soft as Harrah’s Cherokee is the only casino in this area of the country and only 2 to 3 hours from Atlanta, Charlotte and Knoxville. I’ve been playing poker a little over 4 years, primarily online. I have almost $100K in gross earnings with 587 cashes, most of which has been since Black Friday. What we don't want are people dropping in just to solicit backing. Just a note that no matter how much you may trust somebody from your interactions with them online remember that any backing that you do is gambling. That's typically the standard, and makes it a lot easier for the people buying shares should you bink a score when it comes to dealing with their own taxes (it's a lot messier to deal with if it's withheld automatically) Link to post Share on other sites
