I agree that you should raise the pot on the flop. Maybe if this is the first lead SB has made at a pot since 1983 I would consider a fold. Anything else seems silly. A person would have to have a perfect 4 card hand to have you in awful shape (A278,A273 with 2 clubs, and A288 with 2 clubs are the only horrifying hands I see) bad shape. If he has A2 of clubs, you aren't going to love it, but at least you have the 2s to scoop him. Still, I would probably be going to war here.

I think you probably play any 2 cards that have a reasonable chance to make a winning hand then stay in with any draw (gutshots should be profitable with that much in preflop).
