PM if necessary, I am just trying to get a feel for what it's like at other firms. My firm is very conservative compliance-wise, and it's a miracle that I am allowed to trade like I do. It wouldn't be the worst thing in the world if I lost the ability to do this option selling nonsense at my next job, but I'm +21% YTD... it would really suck if it had to go away. All i can tell you about our compliance is that in my 3.5 years 4 PMs have left because the compliance drove them insane. They all say that our compliance is more burdensome than other banks and takes up more than half their time. whatever trading you did, were you to work here, is at the exact direction of our rules. i dont know exactly what all they have to do, but they all hate it.
