If the minor wins a big jackpot they will eventually have to show a valid ID and possibly even a social security card. Once the casino finds out they are a minor, by Nevada state law they don't have to pay the jackpot. Several years ago a 19 yr. old won over a million dollar slot machine jackpot and the casino refused payment. The minor sued and lost. Not only didn't they have to pay the jackpot, but they got the free publicity of a million dollar jackpot being hit. Link to post Share on other sites
