  1. Mine was HoH 1 until I got HoH 2. Seriously this book has helped me see things in a totally different order of decisions regarding tourney play. Hoh 1 has the ground work. HoH 2 tells you how to use it. Fantastic book.
  2. I like the end of your post DILIGAF. Caddieshack right? Dali Lama...big hitter the Lama
  3. I would push everything seems favorable two pairs A's & K's three flopped sets and 5,6 for a straight thats only 6 hands to beat you 8) . Not too bad considering but I would be worried about the BB calling here knowing that the button might raise any way he has the hand to really consider here imo. Any way thats my 2 cents.
  4. I got SU, Kansas, Illinois, and Louisville with SU beating Louisville. Go Orange!
  5. Ok so I'm not as educated as most others, but heres my stab. I would re-raise only reason is that when I just call I usually just fold if I miss the flop. Also folding Q's is pretty hard for a bad player like myself. In this senario it's heads up, early, and the raise is just as scary to him as it was to you (from his re-raise that is). So put the stress on him to figure it out. Why lose 1/4th of your stack on the chance I might hit trips with a Queen high on the board. If he has Aces or Kings so be it. I'm throwing initial pot odds out the window I know. But surviving this hand may s
  6. I'm probably wrong here, but I would minimum raise. The s/b is either all- in or fold and the b/b should know I'm either all-in or fold on the flop. If either comes over the top I'm all-in any way why not give them a little extra to think about. if they call and the flop sucks ie. K,K,10 or three to a suit you dont have with no pair you still have 700 worst case.

  9. I read about a free one dose anyone know which I'm thinking of and is it any good?
  10. I like the play only once in a great while. I played 23 off and flopped a full before ( haven't since ). But you got to mix it up a little and it obviously worked. Good job
  11. I seen him on TV doing pokerstars commercials on a local sports station in western NY
  12. I was wondering what kind of notes if any are taking by players here. I personally don't mainly because I'm not sure what to write. But for those that do I'm interested as I think people are taking notes on me and busting me with them. :bubblethanks:
  13. I work for a bank and unless it just changed its 10,000 and over in a day to file that form for suspicious activity. but ill aska round a nd see if I'm correct
  14. I would fold because a. I dont like jacks in just about any position and b. I'm being moved in on :!: not the other way around. I just don't like it if he's moving me all-in and I can't really draw to anything but trips, maybe a full.
