hand 1 u deserve to lose cuz u played it so passively.GET AGGRESSIVE BET FOR GOD'S SAKE. u probably lost to someone who caught their ace or hit a straight. either way, you need to get aggressive. poorly played hand IMOhand 2. a little better although im capping preflop. and u showed us what ur opponent has, but i could tell that you had the best hand before the flop

read his small stakes hold em first. that book is incredible. easy read as well and you should be able to dominate games up to 5/10. i think its a must to read this book first and then the 2nd to build ur knowledge. you'll have 2 different types of games and will be able to change gears based on the type of player you're dealing with.

DKE, Small Stake Hold Em (SSHE) is a godsend for poker players who don't play that high of limits. This is true cuz most of teh players there suck and this book knows that. I am a college student like yourself and have doen fairly well in NL tourneys which is what I mainly did. But after reading this book and going on the twoplustwo.com website and reading that, I know I can consistently win against others in holdem. I read for about two week the website and for the first time played a limit ring game in person and turned $100 into $280 in about 2.5 to 3 hrs. Now that's alot I know for you a

This is where i really question the integrity of party poker. This guy has gotten his stack to $6000. Thats a ridiculous amount. I don't think it's offbase to say that he has hacked into the system. I mean, he capped the flop with a backdoor straigh draw and with two overcards. Very questionable.

You still have 10xBB if you fold this hand. I think folding is the better option and wait for a better spot to put all your chips in. If the flush wasn't already made, your opponent is probably at least drawing to that 4th club and his club making him at least a king high flush. So hes got the 9 outs to the flush and the 3 other outs for the overcard to pair his king or better. So he's got 12 outs with 2 cards to come. I think folding and waiting for a better spot is the best option in this case.
