I'm no bonus whore expert by any means, but I cannot see where tournaments would be the best way. I think LHE is the way to go here, but I think it all depends on what game you are the most proficient at.

Selling play money chips is also a descent way to get a bankroll built up. I think they're going for around $10 per million. So if you combine the freerolls and play money, then you could get up and running in no time.

I had a picture up of QQ vs. 1010. The 1010 flops quads and QQ goes runner runner Q to win. That is what I was talking about. However, the pic somehow doesn't show up right.
