O.K.So, I was piddling around in a $1 tourney that began at 1:00 Eastern today testing out the software, some new strat etc.Well only 2 other people entered, and I thought "sweet winner take all SH SNG!" 1 player down about 20 minutes in and had a approx 2-1 chip lead on the other player. Then it happens, momentary FCP crash... Frantically re-try to get software open again... only to not find the tourney in the lobby when I get back.After frantically opening the live chat, Joyce was not able to find the missing tourney either. Anyway, Joyce was helpful, patient and tried what to do for me even though the tourney went somewhere into oblivion? So, Bob. Where could the tourney have gone? Will I receive a refund or portion of remaining prize pool?Thanks,2b

I just had the same thing happen in a $1.00 + .10 there were around 40 players ad the tourny was paying top 5. It was down to 19 players I was around 3rd in chips and I lost my connection on my laptop to my router. I also franticly tried to get the laptop to re-log with the router and get back on. I was also playing in a ring game. The ring game was able to reconnect, but the tourny just disappeared. I couldn't find it anywhere. ...... go to the website....... click on support.......type in my problem.............wait 1 min 30 sec and the chat goes into an e-mail form, great, send the e-mail. Try to shut down the software and re-start, still no tournament. Hi larry, the whole tournament reporting area is being worked on and there isn't another way to find a tournament result currently other then in the software.I've placed some money in your cashier account for the tournament that you had the difficulty with.

Hi, I joined a $1k buyin tournament a few hours ago on FCP and then the software crashed. When I logged back on I couldn't find it at all. Soooo, any chance you could ship me the buyin back?

Thanks, but I'm still trying to find hand history for tournament hands, I can't find a file on my computer where they would be stored and I requested an e-mail with my last 25 hands and checked the tournament hands button, but haven't got any response. I was able to play back my hand history from my ring games, that is kind of nice. It would be nice to be able to do that with your tournament hand history .Thanks Again,Gatorcon

Hi Gatorcon, the whole tournament reporting area including hand histories still needs a lot of work.That information isn't readily available at the moment.
