  1. See Jeff Madsen.... Me, I'm married with a son. I've got a good job. But damn it sure would be tempting!! Honey!! Seriously I think for a guy in my position, only winning the WSOP championship itself would change anything. Anything less and the fame is so much more fleeting. Like 10 minutes on a poker message board somewhere. But winning the big one, well, that changes everything. Bring on the babes and blow!!
  2. 2739 vpps/day for a Supernova Elite3914 vpps/day for SupernovaVery possible to do it in a year....
  3. Ok. I suggest 8 tabling .50/1. Let's look at Stars vip program. If you can 8 table 6 hours a day you can estimate minimum 30vpps/tablehour. so 48 x 30=1440vpps/day 1440 vpps x 30 days= 43200vpps. If you are not Supernova yet then you will be later in the year. Let's assume you are only platinum star. 2.5 x 43200=108200fppsWhen you become Supernova then multiply by 3.5 or 3.5 x 43200=151200 fpps per month.62000 fpps=@1kSo ya. It is VERY doable
  4. Playing Triple Draw with a bunch of FCPer's then proceeding to get dealt the nuts or drawing to it 4 times in a row!!! SHIP!! HOLLA!!
  5. BRAG POST ALERT (however relevent) It really depends on a person's aversion to risk. I have a high aversion to risk and therefore have been able to move all the way down in the past. And I mean all the way down. I made a promise to myself when I first bought in that I would never buy in again. Well, following a cash out and a very poor bankroll decision where I had nearly all my money on the 1/2 NL tables, I busted down to $13. At that point I made the decision to grind it out at the .01/.02 tables and rebuild my bankroll. As punishment for my poor bankroll management. I am now over 5k
  6. You flipped pair of tens top kicker no?
  7. Great work. If you get a chance check out this blog.88% Concentration This guy went from 0 to a half million and back to nothing in one year. Avoid the the temptation to make another huge jump in stakes too soon and you have a chance to really do well. Now that you've made a big jump up I would suggest staying within your new bankroll for a time and for God's sake don't be afraid to move back down according to proper bankroll management. Otherwise carry on kicking ***. And that guys ex-wife is a ****ing whore!!
  8. Actually a multi-tabling $1/2NLH player could do it in one year...Let's assume 40vpps per table hour. I am not sure as to how accurate that number is but it is pretty close. I'm sure someone could correct me.8 tables x 40 = 320vpps per hour. Put in 10 hour days every day. That's 3200vpps/day x 365= 1,168,000vpp year.Let's assume you did this last year and are now a SuperNova Elite. That's 5,840,000fpp per year....A SuperNova would have to play 22% longer or 14.5 months at $1/2NLH 8 tabling for 10 hours.More than enough for the Aston Martin....... Now that's a crazy amount of poker, but it
  9. Hurry back! In reality, I respect your decision to step away from poker. When and if you do come back I hope you decide to play online exclusively at very low stakes and relearn the game. Instead of playing for the money and the challenge of beating the best, try to treat it as the ultimate video game challenge. Play the inner game with yourself instead of your opponents. Who knows maybe that will get you back to where you are beating the bigger games in the long run....The best to you whatever you do.
