  1. As part of my cs program I took a prop. logic course, post your Q's and I will see what I remember.
  2. I never really played any of the games once they left Nintendo platforms, as such my opinion is biased. Personally, my favourite is FF2 (4) on the snes, followed very closesly by FF3 (6).
  3. I'm glad it was generally well received. I will likely revive this thread anytime I see a really sweet pic, just in case anyone forgets.
  4. I realized I haven't been posting in many non-Firefly related threads, so I thought I might start one with something else I'm interested in.This site is updated daily with a different picture of something related to astronomy. Each picture has a full explanation.http://antwrp.gsfc.nasa.gov/apod/astropix.htmlMostly they are just starscapes, but I found if you go back a few weeks they have some real nice pictures of that solar eclipse that happened recently. I don't know if anyone cares, but I think the pics are pretty.
  5. There is a reason it was the Punisher's drink of choice in the movie. At least I think it was...

    Firefly

I'm funny that way. Also, unless I missed any, this is only the second one, and I started the first, so it isn't hard show up for them. If this isn't only the second one, then it is not the case that I show up everytime there is a new Firefly thread. Although, if memory serves, I even posted a Firefly Haiku back when that thread was new and popular.Really, it's just one of the few topics I am passionate about. Oh, God how I love this show.

If they do make another movie, I would thank god regardless of the timeline the movie would fit in, or the plot. I would get very giddy, like a little school girl, for the many months wait.

    Firefly

Firefly is my favourite tv show ever. As likely many people who read this knowing what it is going into the topic will likely know/remember, I am a huge fan. Geek like fanatism here. I did not even notice the show when it first ran. I was exposed to it by a friend, and fell in love immediately. I became addicted, I still am. I need more. I am going to watch one or two eps tonight, or Serenity.I don't normally do these things, and I don't remember how I cam across this one, but this guy seems to have done some homework.http://www.petitionspot.com/petitions/revivefireflyIt occured to me t

    X-men 3

I actually didn't Mind Daredevil. I did see Electra, and despite the fact that I don't much care for the comic, I really liked the movie, possibly top 5 Marvel movies for me.
  11. I played golf, I'm not good at golf, I never got a hole-in-one ... but I *did* hit a guy. And that's way more satisfying. You're supposed to yell "fore," but I was too busy mumbling, "There ain't no way that's gonna hit him." I hit a guy in one. What's par for hitting a guy? One. If you hit a guy in two, you are an *******.I opened up a container of yogurt, and under the lid it said "Please Try Again," because apparently they were having a contest I was unaware of. But I thought I might have opened the yogurt wrong. Or maybe Yoplait was trying to inspire me — "C'mon, Mitchell, don't give up. P

  13. Gordon Lightfoot covering Rod Stewart's Maggie May
  14. William Shatner covering Rocket Man by Elton John.okay, clearly not. Or maybe. No.Seriously though:If the Byrds had finished the song, I think I would perfer their take on Mr. Tambourine Man over Dylan's. But They didn't, so I wouldn't.Also, Michael Bolton has a great cover of Drift Away.... or maybe it's not so great. No where near actually.Possibly the best cover of a Beatles song is Sarah MacLachlan's cover of Blackbird, but even still it isn't as good.Sheryl Crow has a decent cover of Rod Stewart's The First Cut Is the Deepest, if it was even he who did it first...That's all I got for
  15. For some reason, after reading the title, I was thinking it you be funny things commentators have said. I had the pittsburgh commentator from 1992 game 4 of the cup finals, "Jagr beat Domonick like a rented mule!" all lined up. That having been said, Daniel's right, any line with Mario and Jagr is sweet.
