Once you get your paytru card in the mail you can go to any atm and cashout pretty much. As long as they have the star logo, and I have yet to encounter one that doesn't. There is a 500 dollar a day limit though. Also stars puts your cashouts to your account very quickly sometimes within the hour and it is available to cashout.
