  1. Reraising drawing hands is good weapon, when executed to the end. If your opponent moves all-in, you've bought yourself a clear "read" - fold it, unless you have a really really good drawing hand (ie. open ended str8 flush draw). If your opponent folds, well hell yeah, you won it. If he just calls you, you might get the upper hand - you've represented a very strong hand, and might win by just betting the next stage, or if you hit your draw, you've disguised your drawing hand - keep on betting, and your opponent will likely call you with a weaker hand. But remember, never bluff a donkey.
  2. Figured it was 78s semibluff, why would you go all-in with the nuts (75s) here...?
  3. B2B-poker network has games in varities of Hold'em, Omaha, Omaha H/L, Soko (that's 5 card stud with a twist), 7-Stud, 7-Stud H/L, 5-Draw and 2-7 3-Draw. I'm not going to write address of sites that are in that network, but if you Daniel are really interested, I'm sure you could search it up and see how's it working in other sites.Btw, Daniel, I put you as the refferrer as I registered, hope you don't mind scoring a bonus for it, lol! 8)
  4. I like to play aggressive, hence the nickname.
  5. I'll clarify a little. It was a cash game at a restaurant, we agreed to play by the local Casino rules. I didn't post the outcome, because this wasn't a rant, and people usually answer differently when they know the outcome. His hand was allowed to play, and the raise was said to be valid. I had the odds to call for the remainder of my stack with a lower pair then he had, but I folded. Dealer still turned the turn and river card, and what do ya know, turn brought trips to my hand and I would have won. I would have called the raise if he hadn't shown his cards, so his move paid off (I'm sure he
  6. Flop, players down to heads-up. I bet ~85% of my stack, guy raises me all-in, I figure it's not much more to call but take a few moments to think about it.Then my opponent, without saying anything, just turns his cards over on the table, face-up, showing top pair. I protest that the hand should be killed. Or atleast his raise declared call, and rest of the action frozen and just turn turn and river card up. Right? I have a vague memory that Daniel might have written about same sort of hand... blog or Cardplayer.com article.Any help with a link to spesific casino rules or hand example (exactly
  7. Late Happy Birthday wishes Daniel, hope you found something fun to do! Don't just mope around the house man!
  8. Contact webmaster of www.fullcontactpoker.com, index.php is a file on the web server, not on your home/laptop computer. Editing the file with text editor should be very easy, just find the line where config_check_referer is, and change "TRUE" to "FALSE".Cheers.
  9. It's been a nice week for me. Grand Casino Helsinki (the only casino in Helsinki, Finland) had Midnight Sun Tournament-week. Smaller events started on tuesday, but I was there for the new no limit ring games (first time open legally in Finland!). Tuesday it was 5e/5e with 100e min/400e max buy-in, wednesday it was 10e/10e with 250e-1000e buy-in.I made good profit, and ended up buying in for the main event, texas no-limit freezout for 1500e+50e. Tournament started on thursday 4pm, with 15 000 in chips, 1 lvl no ante, 25sb 50bb, 60min levels. After two hours I had accumulated 27 000 in chips, ev
  10. Simplify the situation a little: together they had 4 outs against you, if you ignore the possible straight and flush draws. 4 outs. Now ask yourself do you want to take that chance? They got lucky this time, but most of the time you will come on top. That's poker my friend, as the saying goes.
