  1. When the commentators both said OHMYGOSH i swear to god that sounded like Randy from South-Park, hilarious
  2. lol his face expression reminded me of Jesus in the movie "Passion of the christ" when he was up on the cross
  3. Here is my 2 cents:Your local pro is a wannabe pro for thinking shortstacking is good strategy these days, there is only handfull of people on this planet earth who shortstack well and even they dont profit as much as they could have if they played fullstack.Your experiment will fail becuase of 3 reasons; 1. Becuase I said so, 2. Unless you have played 250,000-1mill hands you will fail becuase you lack experience and 3. The level of play today is even very high at microstakes, you wont be able to getaway from the fact that on most major sites there is like 60% sweaty hardworking grinders that

  5. I dont remember all the details but I was playing microstakes NL holdem and my opponent wasnt overly aggressive but more like selective aggressive, playing most his hands very aggressive on most streets. If I remember correctly my opponent was in middle position and raised like 5x the bb with around 50 bb stack. I was on button with hand like k8 s( I just remember it being raggy king suited). The flop came like 10 q 3 rainbow and was checked to me. I cbet 2/3 pot and my opponent tanks for a long time and finally shoves on me. Normally this would be a easy fold but sometimes I just get this fe
  6. I tried it yesterday for the first time and guess who outbid me all the time? odyssey_2002!The guy seems to not know he is a sucker I mean ... he bids like 1000 bids to win around 50 dollar seat and he never stops. I figured out pretty quickly that this auction is pretty much a scam unless there is a something like 1% of some bigname player in a tourny. Just avoid it at all cost ... the fee you pay to place bids is a joke and not to mention the clock that gets added. The auction would be much better if they got a new model for the fee you pay ... also they need to increase the increments ...
  7. Can play 16 tables but must have a different strategy then I normally would play. Prefer to play 9 tables ... feel thats the perfect balance where I get some time to think before I have to make a move.
  8. Poker is just like any other thing, the players that win are those who stick with the problems and try to solve and not avoiding them. Thats the reason why poker will allways be profitable for a good players. Bad players doesnt have the patience nor the mindset to conquer their problems when they occour.
  9. The prizepool is actually just the same if you played 4 single ones or 1 matrix at prize of 4 reguler ones. The difference is that if you have played very good and bust out just before the money you will still have chance of getting money if you have busted out people and outlasting people. The only potential money loss is when you win 4/4 in matrix and 4/4 in regular ones with the additional prizepool in the matrix. But I feel like in matrix you will almost allways have +money at the end if you are good while in regular ones you can have big variance if you are unlucky.
  10. I remember when they first started these sit&go on fulltilt most people was speculating if they were more +ev than regular ones and how they should be played. What I have noticed when I returned to them is that they are a GOLDMINE. The reason for this is that; A - People tend to bust earlier in these, B - You get awarded points for busting people out which puts you higher on the overall prizepool, C - You get points for outlasting the other players, D - When you earn points for busting people out you can have a pretty crap session and still go ahead if you win 1/4 and bust lot of people, w
  11. The main thing about small-ball is that it requires very good hand reading to master it since you will very often be in sticky situations where its alot of things going on.Are we supposed to continuously make good reads to take the pot at the right time while the opponent shows he has a weak hand? The thing about taking stab at the pot is that you never want to be consistent with it. If you make a pattern of things opponents will pick up on it(even weak ones) and they will start calling you down or raising you with weaker hands and when it happends it is time for you to change gear and not be s
  12. As long as you are comfortable playing x number of tables I feel multitabling is much better than 1 table since it keeps you from waiting long periods from playing and keeps you focused without losing your patience and do silly things like playing stupid hands that gonna get you broke
  13. I thought you ment that I said she was a crybaby becuase she was a female whom I envy so I compared her to Phil hellmuth which is alot of the same only he is in the Major league of crybabies.
