re: change of rules from 'last card' to 'first card off the deck' I'm a recreational player who loves playing in poker tournaments, and concerning this partiicular rule I don't care either way. I read Neil Johnson's reasoning for the change of rules in his blog entry - http://www.pokerstarsblog.com/2013/opinion-the-case-for-and-against-the-fir-139499.html - but I'm not convinced that the new rule was necessary. But frankly, I think that both rules are unnecessarily complicated. Wouldn't the rule be much less open to interpretation if it said that dealers deal cards only to players act
