If he's passive post-flop, you know he has a hand since he's jamming on the flop.Of the hands I'd expect a tight player like this to be raising UTG with:You're beat by JJ, QQ, AAYou're ahead of KK, QK (would he cap on the flop w/ QK?, would he continue betting QK or KK after the A falls on the turn?). I'd rule out AK.You chop w/ AQ.I don't think you played this hand badly. You only missed a bet if he has one of the 2 (of the 6 hands he could possibly have by my count) hands that you have beat here.

sounds like an interesting one. if sb had the K 10, his raise on the flop would be a little unorthodox (though not necessarily a terrible play). I'd actually probably be a little worried about him having two pair on the flop as well. It depends entirely on your read of the SB. If you read him as a bit passive and tight, I'd put him on QJ or JJ because he wouldn't be raising on the flop with a draw. In the QJ case a raise on the turn and river could build your pot. JJ has you killed, but that's all part of the game. If you figured him for a bit of a crazy, he could be on a number of hands including AK, AJ, or the K 10. (i don't remember if there was a flush on the board by the river but I think was all offsuite?). You still have him crushed if it's AK or AJ. Also, was just thinking sb could easily be AA, KK, or JJ (or even QQ thought i doubt it) but if he's tight he won't bet his KK here, but AA and JJ kill you.Sorry, rambled on there, thinking "out loud" i guess. I think you played it correctly. I might've thrown an information raise out on the turn just to see where I stood, though I'm probably calling to a showdown anyway at 2-4$. There's too many hands out there to beat you to start thinking about building 'your' pot, though the information raise would build it some and give you some enlightenment on how you're standing.-Wallacer
