Nexuss 0 Posted February 8, 2007 Share Posted February 8, 2007 Planning a trip in 7 weeks.Been once for business, didn't get to see a lot.Any tips on the poker rooms....I mainly play limit.Am planning on playing a few tourneys at Binions.Any recommendations on getting some free stuff would be appreciated.Anything else I might have forgoton to ask about as well.Thanks all!! Trop gives away decks of cards. 4 Queens does too. At the airport, you'll probably find hundreds of coupon books advertising free crap that has little significance.Hope that helps. IMO, it is a slightly nicer room than Venetian, and from my experience, they have the best dealers in town. Still, the Venetian has an incredible room, and those two are the best ones on the strip. ajs510 122 Posted February 8, 2007 Share Posted February 8, 2007 The quality of play in the 2/5NL game at Bellagio is comparable to most of the 1/2NL games you'll find around Vegas, making it a more profitable option if you can routinely beat 1/2NL. It's the lowest NL game spread in that room, but a lot of people are willing to play higher to "say they played at Bellagio". A good player can really clean up at those games, no joke. If you're looking to just have some fun playing poker, I'll tell you what I tell everyone else when they say "I'm going to Vegas!"Go play the 1/5 Limit game at O'Sheas Casino across the street from Bellagio and Caesars, you'll never have a better time playing cards. I can't remember now what the blinds were (either 1/1 or 1/2) and you could raise any amount up to $5, live straddle ok. It's just a stupid game, but its fun as hell.
