Hero ~ $500Button ~ $300BB ~ $200Hero is in CO with 8h6h. Reads.... Button is a solid player, he has mentioned that he's a dealer at this place and plays on the side. BB is total donk calling station.3 people limp in for $3, Hero calls, Button raises to $15. SB calls $15, BB calls $15, 3 limpers call $15, Hero calls.Flop: 8d8s8cChecks around to button who bets $25. SB folds, BB calls $25, 3 folds... OK, I know 100% that Button has flopped a full house, just not sure how big of a PP he has. No idea why BB calls.Hero?....EDIT: I think one of those limpers folded, now that I think about it, but that doesn't really matter.

Raise it up, act like you have a small/medium PP and want to "know where you're at". Calling here makes it kind of hard to get value later IMO, since you limp-called preflop it makes quads a much bigger part of your range. Hope someone has a big PP or will really overplay AK/AQ

I flat call here fairly standardly. If you're sure BTN has a boat, he'll bet again and the BB will probably call again. It's very close between raising and trying to get the BTN to put all of his monies in the pot now, or trying to trap them both. I prefer trapping them because if BB is a call station and has a hand like 77, he might go broke later too :club:

Just call. This pot is bigger than their stacks on the flop. It'll be easy getting the $ in with a $75 turn bet and a river shove.
NONODO NOT LET THEM DRAW TO ACTION KILLERS$75Edt: wow... lead the flop plz... retard small donk bet ftw!

That was very close to my thought process during the hand. Well, like I said, Button is a solid player and if 2 people flat call a bet on a flop of 888, he'll probably suspect something is up, right? Especially since 6 people saw the flop....

Looking back, retard donk bet would have been best probably, but 5 people checked to me and I wasn't sure Button had a full house until he fired the $25 on the flop. I only checked because I wasn't sure he had a PP yet.

If you lead weak enough though somebody will surely at least chase with an ace or king.Plus there's always that guy with 77 who's "slow playing" his "sneaky" boat.

Action killer? You mean like AK finding an A or K on the turn? Like 99 or TT turning a 9 or a T? This pot is already bigger than both villain's stacks. If they're calling the flop bet, they're committing to this hand.

I don't see how anyones line besides the button is indicative of AK

OK, Button did flop a full house..... Does that change anyone's action?
No. The flop action finishes with $140 in pot. Villain has around $150. He's getting it in if we let him. If a scare card kills our action, then it's just a bad card. Consider it being outdrawn.

I agree that nobody has taken a line of AK, but your statements here are a little contradictory TN...EDIT: nevermind, i didn't see the part about besides the button.... Button flopped a full house, like I said.

if we knew the other people's hole cards it would be a pretty easy game. You should probably edit that out if you want real feedback.

Button is the main villain and started the hand with about $300.

Well I knew he did and said that in OP. A big part of my game is reading people and I was spot on there.

I still don't like leading out or raising the flop, I want as many people still around on the turn as possible.

weak donk leading has a completely different effect... the point is houses will probably raise you, and the high cards will chase...with a third caller, to the villains, lots of cards become scary when those cards don't directly help their hand.besides... who the f^%$^ck would bet an 8 here?

Sorry, i went back and edited that... I think you're actually right in donk bet leading out on this board though. It's hard to though, because who the f would bet an 8 here? lol

If you know the guy behind you has a boat and will bet it, keep checking to him and trap the other player in between. The second that you start leading and he raises, he shuts out everyone else who would stick around in the pot.
