At Pitt, we call it Beer Pong. No paddles. The first time I heard/saw it called Beer Pong with paddles was in Beerfest.Beriut has always meant, to me, Beer Pong with 2 or 3 players per teams, multiple pong balls and the ability to retrieve your shot if it bounces off of the table. Best played in an open area, but more fun with hard walls and floors. Can also be played with 10, 15, 21 or more cup arrangements.Our fraternity, the only one on campus to do so, plays Beer Pong with a spread cup format. Yes, the games take a bit longer, but skilled players flourish. No rearranging of cups, one shot

I am currently reading Dan's workbook, and I am having trouble working out the "Probabilities of finishing first through fourth" chart.I am using an Excel spreadsheet (which is complicating enough) and I am getting stuck on the probabilities for each player finishing in 3rd place.If anyone can help with this, reply here or PM me.It was easy to work through each player finishing 1st and 2nd, but 3rd place is giving me real troubles. (My main goal here is to be able to create this expectation spreadsheet and be able to enter various chip stacks and receive their relating probabilities.)pskank

Seeing as how this WPT tourney is being held by our neighbors to the north, is Daniel planning anything FCP-related during the week/weekend?I am trying to make my way up there for a mini-vacation and since Niagara is close for me, I think this will be my first WPT experience.Suggestions?
