I most say, I have never heard of snooker before but listening to you talk about it, it sounds like a kindergarden game were you change to rules as you play.
-
THE LEAGUE ALMOST DIED, ANYWAY.

Should have 3 bet the flopif he checked the turn, you CHECK BEHIND HIM. no need to get stuck behind a check-raise, and he'd call with and pair/ draw. You missed the flush but if he chedcks you should still bet incase hell drop a small pair.If he bet i would think about a call, i case he put you on the flush, or anyoneer draw -
am i just a sucker here? 1/2 jj

He probaly had ace queen, mabey hearts -
I think you want your aces to win a little to badly, you should have know you were beat after BB caps it. Just because you go in with the best hand dost mean you DESERVE to win. Bad beats happen, and being able to see one and get away the the mark of a professinal. On anther note, at least you didnt reraise the turn/river to, so calling down wasnt a HORRIBLE play. But you could have saved your self some money.

I think the right answer is check- call. Fist the chance of him calling on a straight draw are pretty good, and if his is then your King high beats hims, second if you bet and he had a three then hed riase and you be wasting 6 dollars. But people (mosly bad players) love the bet/ riase when the board pair on the turn or river to try to push you out. So you couldnt tell if he bet because hes steaming about all hius missed draws, so just check and commit your self to another 6 dollars if he bets

They need a commentater to rip aprt peoples play, like Doyle. But that might be hard on travels' WPT. Usally those peolpe play very good. How about Dolye on Bravos Celebrity showdown! that would be hilarious, can you amagine?? I can barely with that trash they play so bad. No one ever raises, reraise, gos all-in( inless they have less then the big blind) or does anything remotey advanced in stragy. How can Phil Gorden watch that all day? Im surprised he dosnt explode sometimes. One time some guy just CALLED with the absolute NUTS, didnt raise, CALLED with the NUTS.

That play was brillent. He obvisly knew Bax had a high pocket pair( not aces) ANd would take that play to be weakness. I bet Johnny pissed off alot of people at that table tough. Nothing they could do of course... -
If your having trouble being agressive try going down t a smaller limit. Youll find that youll naurally be be more aggressive because of the small risk of losing big money.

A question for people who use online poker as a source of main income. How long did it take you intill you started making alot of money? And did any books help you fine tune your online experience?

Only two facts are needed to make a right play, your on the short stack, only the winner gets paid. No- brainer.
