The 2016 WSOP at The Rio in Las Vegas has begun and Daniel plans on playing a full schedule of the higher buying and mixed game events.

To get the live updates this year you have to sign in with either a Facebook or Google+ account so that the WSOP can market to you. I think this is really stupid and scummy on their part.

Made my first day 2 of WSOP $1500 RAZZ with 40k, avg is 30k and 118 remain with top 70 getting paid.

2016 WSOP Day 10: Prince Wins, PLO Final Set, and Negreanu Chasing His 7th in Razz

 

 

Negreanu Chases His Seventh Bracelet in Razz

 

Poker superstar Daniel Negreanu is still in with a shot at his seventh WSOP bracelet with the 2016 WSOP $1500 Seven Card Razz down to just 12 players.

 

 

Alexey Makarov grabbed the overnight lead heading into Saturday's chase for the WSOP bracelet and $142,624 first-place prize.

 

However, alongside Negreanu, WSOP bracelet winners Shaun Deeb, David Benyamine, Rep Porter, Michael Gathy, and Matt Grapenthien are still in the hunt.

 

Plus, German football star Max Kruse is there as well.

 

The event's third day will get going at 2 p.m. local time with a 3,000 ante, 3,000 bring-in and 12,000/24,000 limits.

4th place finish in the RAZZ. Got rivered in a couple key pots than tried to hang on with the short stack but couldn't make it work

There were some spots where he had a good starting hand and got a walk.

 

Looks like he late reg'd the 10k 2-7 and is doing well.

172,100 to end day one of the $10k 2-7 NL. 34 left avg is 147k. About to go on a nice heater in the WSOP. Hitting my stride.

In the money for second straight event in $10k 2-7 Single Draw NL. Came 2nd in this two years ago. On the short stack but grinding hard.
