So I'm going to keep a running tab though the season, of bets that I like, and see how I do.. to help determine next season if I got what it takes to seriously start betting. BigDMcGee 3,352 Posted September 7, 2007 Author Share Posted September 7, 2007 www.sportsbook.com is what I was using... if someone has a better suggestion.. also, I guess we should shop around for lines, so when you make your pick, say where you are getting the line.. every little bit helps...for example, a guy I Know on another site is betting San Diego -5 against chicago, and I don't know where he got that, I've only seen it 6 and 6 1/2.... -5 is a great fing price, it's basically 3 1/2 because few games are decided by 4 or 5.. I think people are adjusting too much for the beating NO took at the hands of Indy, and not focusing enough on how crappy Tampa is. Tampa got beat up by Seattle, and NO has a much better offense than Seattle. I like to look for games that the previous week people are over adjusting to an aberation performance, and I think this qualifies.. Also, doesn't anyone think 12 1/2 is a lot of points to give any team playing the bears? I know KC sucks and all, but it seems like a whole bunch of points...
