the thing about it is, I can't even have delusions about building equity or anything. it seems obvious to me that home prices will head south in 1-2 years as rates go up. I'm just catching the tail end of the sugar high.

so it took me 45 minutes to get from the highway to the hotel. it was under a mile. goddamn game traffic. i turned down the wrong street and that was all she wrote.
good news is, once i got to the hotel and valet'd the car, i got into to the lobby and discovered there's a convention for little people at this hotel. i shit you not, they were everywhere. it kind of freaked me out, but kimberly at the front desk got me back on track. she was a smoking hot asian lady. she said i could call her if i needed anything, and we all know what that means.
cards won. two rows in front of me was two twin teenage girls. maybe 15, no older than 16. ummm, yeah, they were insane. i mean it isn't right.
they looked like this. minus the hand tats, but with the glasses and big knockers and amazing bodies.

It was a very brvy weekend. That was only 3 people and one of those three was my buddies wife. I only really got drunk at one point. There were many naps in between boating trips to wear off the beer

Also went on a couple of hikes through the mountain woods with my nephew and 5yo brother. My BIL also went on our second one today. Probably did about 2-3mi of rugged and often overgrown elevation changes on each hike. We have this flat rock out in the middle of the woods where there are words carved into the face. It's hard to make out what it says beyond "_____ was borned here Dec ...." There's a date, but I can't recall what it was beyond sometime in the early to mid-1900's. We call it the birthing rock. Because it doesn't get walked much anymore and because of storms, the path was so overgrown in some spots that it was almost impossible to see, so we often had to go off-trail. It's amazing how less daunting that is when you have Google Maps, though dense brush, thorns, spiderwebs, and large patches of poison ivy do pose difficult at times. Anyway, my nephew and little brother did really well with the challenge...so I was pretty proud of them.
If anyone has played Cards Against Humanity and has Chromecast, there's a free app called Cardcast that basically duplicates it on a TV (and in some senses improves the experience considerably) for a really fun party game.
And in other news, I watched my other brother's video of placing second in a hard-boiled egg eating contest. Think he ate 21 in 10 minutes. For comparison's sake, the world record is 141 in 8 minutes.
