Anybody heard back from FCP about the registrations for the heads-up league? Just wondering...

Because of all the bitching that you do, I should dislike you. But, I will have to give you props on your avatar...

DN said specifically to only include your team information in that thread after you've sent in the email. Get off his back about making this thread.

I'm surprised out of the 100's of people that wanted to do this, why relatively few people have actually entered?

because of the entry fee I think ...$500 per team is a lot to some people. Even if you have 5 team members that is still $100 each.I will play next season as I do not really have time to play this season and I do not want to let anyone down.okay yeah I'm bs'ing I don't have the bank roll :club:

Starting a new thread was exactly what he should have done. I specifically said that the original thread was for entries ONLY. All other posts were deleted by yours truly. If you haven't recieved a confirmation e-mail yet, you should by tomorrow. Patty shopuld be getting to it ASAP. I have already made some decisions on who will be getting a franchise. This isn't the official post for that, but the following people are likely to get a franchise:1.Daniel Negreanu2.Darrel Derosie3.gilbertology Team Arenas4.Vatche The Degenerates5.Oziumrules Kings in The Hole6.Royal Tour "Oh you call I call?"7.custom36 Cheap Shot Artists8.dna4ever Beerains9.poguemahone68 Crazy 88 I'll be finishing that list by week's end.

I'm actually up to 27 solid teams right now and will likely hold a vote for the remaining franchises that you guys can all vote on. The majority of the teams I chose to be a part of the league are guys that have been around FCP for a really long time. Here is what I'm thinking. Let me know guys if you see any that you disagree with or whether I've made some obvious omissions:1.Daniel Negreanu2.Darrel Derosie3.gilbertology Team Arenas4.Vatche The Degenerates5.Oziumrules Kings in The Hole6.Royal Tour "Oh you call I call?"7.custom36 Cheap Shot Artists8.dna4ever Beerains9.poguemahone68 Crazy 8810.seacucumber Boo ya11.kennyg1966 put up or shut up12.mcpickl HC Dukes13.JBradburn6 Bayside14.alf13 Alf's Room15.Zimmer4141 Zimmer16.HoosierAlum Hoosier's Heros17.RhinestoneCowboy Broccoli18.leftygolfer da Bears19.GWCGWC Lost Leader20.Naismith Unmentionables21.gobears Crunch Bunch22 chaosnhavoc 5150's23.Randy Reed Yangsters24.specbrad LOL'ers25.looshle Looshle's Losers26.copernicus Demented Avengers27.fleung22 Team Canada28.29.30.31.32. Remember, NONE of this is official, it's just what I'm throwing around in my head right now.

I'd probably add checkymcfold's team on that list, since he's got Steve and Gank on his team. It should be interesting matching up with them.
