Primadonna 0
What version of IE are you guys using who have experienced crashes? At work = Version
PColaDave 0
At work = Version 6Minimum system requirements say Internet Explorer 6.0, but I had to load 7.0 to get it to work. Don't like IE 7.0 for other issues but I guess I'll have to get used to it.
Liofle 0
I have the following problem: When i started the Sample Lesson (not subscribed yet) for the Small ball i experience frequent stops of the video for a second showing that it is buffering from 0% to 100%. Then it continues and stops after 2 sec again and so on. Moreover, the sound is not smooth and Daniel's image is not like a video but like changing pictures (in other words - not going smooth at all). To put it shortly, it is a very unsmooth video. I wonder if the videos in PokerVT would run the same way, once I subscribe. Is there something wrong with my PC , because i cover the minimum requirements easily... Even when the video has been buffered (the blue line has reached the end) I still have the problems except for the 'going from 0% to 100% all the time' problem. How do I fix it because I am thinking of subscibing but with this problem, it would be impossible to use PVT smoothly...

Please follow the guidelines for recommended requirements. If you are using IE as your browser you'll want to have 7.0. Several IE users were complaining of similar issues and we have made some changes within the system to allow this browser to function with a higher quality result.I personally highly recommend using Firefox 2.0. This seems to give the best results and is what I use for all my online work or browsing (after getting constantly cursed out by Gov to switch) . If you are a Mac user I also recommend Firefox, users of the Safari browser have complained of issues that we are currently working on correcting.Thank you to everyone for their patience as we work to make Pokervt.com an awesome experience for everyone. As I've said before, feel free to post comments in the forum, but also please send an email to support@pokervt.com if you have not already. Thanks,

Liofle 0
I installed FireFox and there is not a significant imrovement. When i play the hand analysis, it stops all the time, and everything is so unsmooth . In the Help menu, i see i am using the Mozzila/5.0 Firefox 2.0.0.14. Is this the best for the site really? If yes, it seems like the problem is in my own PC... If anyone has any idea of getting rid of these problems, please answer. I was hooked by the site but now that i see how it plays on my PC, I have to do stg. about it before subscribing.
