I like your team alot, I love Braylon Edwards this year. I think you are solid at all positions. I tend to have a skewed perception of 10 team leagues though, since I am used to 12.

I'm assuming you like my team then?Ya I usually do pretty well in this league, last year was a disaster when my first 4 picks were Willie Parker (10), Steve Smith (11), Reggie Bush (24), & Marc Bulger (25).

Someone want to explain what the heck I am missing here?Trade proposed in the league I posted in the first post.I give up NYG defense for Minn Defense, Marc Bulger, and Jevon Walker. It's not that easy is it? Minn is "allegedly" the best ranked D this year in most mags and sites I have seen. Plus a serviceable QB and WR I would rather have than Bruce??? What am I missing here?

How fast can you hit "accept trade"?
Well it was going to be instant but I wanted to make sure I wasn't missing some glaring downside...it just seemed to easy, like walking down the street and someone offering me a $5K if I give them a quarter.I am wondering if he thinks I am going to drop Hassleback or something good. I dropped Mendenhall and Bruce.

So I'll hafta pick one up before week 1.Toronto Bills 1. (9) Marion Barber 2. (12) Marshawn Lynch 3. (29) Brandon Marshall 4. (32) Steve Smith 5. (49) Dallas Clark 6. (52) Roddy White 7. (69) Ricky Williams 8. (72) Derek Anderson 9. (89) D.J. Hackett 10. (92) Kenny Watson 11. (109) Nate Burleson 12. (112) Sidney Rice 13. (129) Ladell Betts 14. (132) Philadelphia 15. (149) Ronald Curry I should change my team name to team suspension or team Dreads. Anyways, I have a trade going down tonight, which do you like more. Marshawn and Steve smith for Addai and Donald Driver. Or Marion and Steve Smith and Dallas Clark + backup WR for LT and Witten

I like Lynch and Smith for Addai and Driver more. I'd expect Addai to have a better year than Lynch and Driver is a lot more consistent than Smith, upgrade at both sports for you. The other trade is a wash at TE, and a downgrade in WR.

I really hate Donald Driver though! He never scores.I didn't pull the trigger on that yet and the LT one fell through. I might stand pat with my team, I like them a lot, but I'm always looking to improve, I trade mroe than anyone in my league by far.

Clark for Witten is NOT a wash.

Their numbers aren't far enough apart to worry about one over the other (I guess that's based on how your league scores), and TE's can be very hit or miss. The difference between the top TE in any given year and the 10th isn't very much, your talking about probably 2 of the top 5 here.

Yea he does, Jennings just got into the endzone more than he did last year. Driver is still the best receiver on that team. Not to mention Driver playing for two weeks while Smith is suspended makes this a no brainer.

I'm sorry but this is just grossly false. The top Tight Ends are so much further ahead than 10th it isn't even a remote comparison. And the numbers between Witten and Clark were VERY far apart. Last years top 3:Tony Gonzalez 99 rec 1172 yardsJason Witten 96 rec 1145 yardsKellen Winslow 82 rec 1106 yards8th - Dallas Clark 58 rec 616 yards10th - Heath Miller 47 rec 566 yardsUsing the .5/rec that his league has - 225 fantasy points for Witten, 156 for Clark, 121 for 10th place Heath Miller. P.S. I'll give you 2:1 odds Witten > Clark this year with an injury clause if you still don't agree.

I agree that TE is very important. I disagree that Witten is wayy better than Clark. I think Clark is the 5th best TE (Witten #1). I picked him after Gates, Winslow, Gonzalez, and Witten had been taken, but over Cooley and Shockey.Clark had 11 tds to Witten's 7 last yr. 11 tds with 50 some catches compared to 7 with 90 some catches. I think Witted will regress back to like 82ish and Clark will stay constant. I do think Witten is better but I think the real drop off in TE production is after Cooley, even though Shockey looks fun to pick, he's never healthy.

I could see Clark outproducing Shockey and maybe Cooley...but I do not think that will happen if Marvin stays mostly healthy (read: plays 12 games or so). Still, Tight End has the biggest drop offs of any position once you get past the 1st tier (save for maybe comparisons to Brady or Moss).

Looks like a very solid squad if it isn't an 8 team league, you don't have much to worry about (all teams look super strong in 8 teamers).

it's a standard yahoo league so 10 teams I think. I'm not 100% happy with Campbell as my backup

A lot, you are in trouble. Too early for Grant, and I think Maroney is a bust as your RB2, but that will happen when you go Brady. I personally don't like reaching for Brady/Manning but to each their own. You did get some good value in the next few rounds but Coles and Marvin are going to be shaky WR 2/3's. And a kicker in the 13th round? Yikes, so much value left at that point in the draft.
