  1. Having lost a parent within the last 3 years, I know what you're going through. From my experience, take your time to mourn, let it set in. Then keep the chin up and remember the good times(which sounds like they were plentiful) with an occasional small session of tears. It also helps to get with real close people and tell funny stories about the person you lost. That's how I've dealt with it. I wish you and your family the best Daniel.
  2. I just don't like getting slow-rolled. I don't do it to someone unless it's deserved, yet it happens to me at least once when I go to a casino. I always want to get up and beat the shit out of the guy.
  3. Yea, I never made it for that $500 tourney. Got too drunk the night before. I haven't been to the 'Shoe since the Circuit Event. I kinda miss it.
  4. You probably won't find a schedule until late August or so. That seems to be the time that they all pop up.Was actually thinking about making it to the $500 Sat. tourney this week. Anyone know how long they last?
  5. Looks like he's got some nice DSLs. "Maybe we can close our eyes and pretend he's a chick?!"That interview annoyed the shit out of me. His constant swaying and constant picking at his lip. I'd love to sit with him at a table to have him talk shit to me. I don't have much to lose, so I'd love to punch that guy in the face.
  6. Received a BJ from my now ex-girlfriend while piloting a tug boat down the river. Yea, a tug boat. Not a little bitch ass bass boat or something.
  7. Hahahaha! Reminds me of Chark from the Majestic.
  8. That's what I was thinking. Granted some casinos don't allow a full buy-in for their games. But for a 2-5 table and 3 people all in, that seems kinda low. I'd expect it to be around $1,400. But, oh well.
  9. Finally. Regular tournaments up there. I'm gonna have to start making my way up to Hammond again. I don't think I've played for over a month. Have to start with a $100 Tuesday tourney to warm up.
  10. Not to be a major *******, but all you guys playing live that have problems seeing. Ever think to ask the dealer what just came out? Every now and then I can't see the river very good(usually if I'm drunk) from seat 3 or 4. But I have no shame in asking what card just came off.I vote no to the 4 color deck as well.
