I Called In Sick Today

Probably not.

I appreciate Ron taking the time to share his point of view. Like religion or politics, opinions aren't going to be changed by discussing the issue in depth since it always seems to degrade into name calling. So I'll leave it at that.

and after 3 days, he is risen!

If you are paying $20 for a haircut, I imagine people assume you did it yourself anyway.

Pocket change cost me my first and only black girlfriend.   It was in the middle of a roaring poker boom and I was flush in ways most men don't even bother dreaming of. Money, it was like dirt to me

I'm not getting into it.

There is a ton more nuance and layers to it and nobody is going to change their mind. So why bother?

I'm going to speak for Ronald here. He firmly, and correctly, thinks that you guys are making a facile argument.

Oh, a hearty LOL at the Bill Maher (the Bastian of objectivity that he is) quote though. I enjoyed that.

The quote was pretty stupid. There are tons of racist black people, and 95% of them aren't republicans.

Frau, give me an artist to get into. Especially one famous enough to have a few books written about them.

Based on that thin, pretty face of yours, 163

lol, no.

Really? Dumpy ass? Fine, 193

I don't think he's ever even weighed 130.

Ahhhh, he does have handsome cheekbones. Makes sense

lol. I think I carry my skinniness well. Most people never guess I'm as light as I am.

I do occasionally top out at 132. I've weighed between 120 and 130 for 99% of the past 15 years. I did get pretty sick once and down to 110 for a second.

I've never understood boots. I don't want a heavy shoe, I want a light shoe so I can walk free and easy.

Nothing ever needed kicking? I used to wear Doc Martens back in the day. They were pretty good for hiking.

Now I wear my Chacos 90% of the time...

Ah yes, he did forget about the pesky black racists filling up our police forces and political offices, setting policy and flooding our streets.

Silly black racists

Hey it happens. I remember reading about a community where it's black leaders wouldn't allow a whole foods or something like that to open a store.

I think that was in Portland, OR which has become Hipster Mecca over the past decade.

I'm not going to bother googling for accuracy but IIRC, hipsters gentrified the **** out of what used to be a low income black part of town (NE Portland), Whole Foods wanted to move in and the old residents of the neighborhood, realizing that Whole Foods was a gigantic icon of whiteness, opposed it.

Right, you should start calling her "tenant" and not "girlfriend."

With their age difference I'm sure she already refers to him as "The rents".

The very definition of racism.
