The burn Card would only make a statistical difference if you knew what the burn card was. Statistics in Poker are calculated using the number of Known cards vs the number of Unknown cards. The burn card is an unknown whether it is in or not in the deck.

My GF was in the late stages of a Tournament, went all-in with AA and was called by someone who had her covered, he flipped over AA as well and knocked her out with a Flush.I was at a tournament once Button went all-in, SB called the all in and BB called the all-in.
