richhillkc 0
The problem lies in the resolving of the name for the FCP poker room to an IP address. The name that is being queried is: lobby.taigro.comThe IP address is 24.244.140.36Find your hosts file (c:\winnt\system32\drivers\etc\hosts) and open it with notepad.Add this to the end of the file:24.244.140.36 lobby.taigro.comSave the file. Now FCP will connect to the server correctly.Good luck.
Yoda 1
heh, 3 days of "nothing we can do" and this guy finds the solution. Nice job sir, this works. While we're in the hosts file; Anybody using AIM that wants to get rid of those annoying frieken ads at the top of the window should also add the following lines to their hosts file. It is basically redirecting all the ad servers locally so AIM can't find the ad.127.0.0.1 ar.atwola.com127.0.0.1 empiremovies.com127.0.0.1 xlonhcld.xlontech.net127.0.0.1 vtot.proxy.aol.com127.0.0.1 ads.web.aol.com127.0.0.1 ads.aol.comThey should hire you and fire the rest (except Bob). P.S. Anyone who does this will need to change/get rid of the FCP line later on down the road if the IP address changes and they can't connect again.

And yes, after a few days I would recommend everyone remove the line and see if DNS is working properly again. Now, everyone get back in there and lose money to me in the tourneys tonight.
