i mean its a voice over and some driving shots. it isn't funny or dramatic or interesting at all. anyone with the right equipment (and a months training) could put that out. so i'll admit nothing and never will.

I've pulled a lot of Irish goodbyes, but its usually in cases where I'd be worried people wouldn't let me leave. So that's not a good thing. In an unrelated note: Today's beers! Troegs Perpetual IPA: 7.5%. Not overly bitter or alcoholy, but a strong flowery finish that I really enjoy. Top 3 for their brewery, from what I've had.22 oz bomber of Hopmonster, a 9.5% blonde from Paper City Brewing here in MA. I don't know what the style change is from an IPA to a double IPA to an imperial IPA, but classifying this as a blonde is stupid. It's very hoppy and boozy, but with a couple tweaks could be a really good double or imperial IPA. i also had a sip of a watermelon flavored beer from Blue Hills, that a "friend" brought over. It wasn't good. If you'd like to replicate the experience, eat a piece of watermelon, and immediately suck down an ounce of shitty light beer. Not good.

In my experience, the double and triple IPA's are much lighter and sweeter. I could be wrong, but I think they redo the fermentation cycle. But I feel like i am talking out of my ass now.

They definitely do something, because the high alcohol regular IPA's just don't taste very good, extra boozy that makes them much less drinkable. I had a 10% imperial red last week that had almost no alcohol taste, and I feel like that's the goal of a delicious beer: strong effect with great taste, with minimal alcohol flavor. Of course, that's only my personal taste, but I drink a lot of beer, so I can't be alone when all my favorite styles have the same flavor profile."Friend" indeed. That watermelon mush wasn't to share, either. Yuck.

For my meat nerds. I had a butcher grind up a burger blend tonight. I went with approximately 24oz of each of these meatsTri tipFlank steakRibeyeRoughly all 7.99 per lb. I wanted skirt steak instead of flank but they were out. I'm excited to make burgers for the girls family tomorrow. Also, I read some tips for making tasty burgers: being gentle when making patties, dimple in the middle so it doesn't plump, etc, most of which I knew. One that made me ponder though, put a pat of butter inside the patty, enveloped, and then cook. That is probably really good. Steak is great with butterSo yeah, If I don't notice anything too interesting, it'll be a waste of 2 ribeyes, but it'll be another tick mark on my culinary to do list. The butcher said just grind an entire brisket and it's good. I'll do that next. Also, Napa's posts are mostly amusing. That kid, he's good and I'd like to think we helped shape his comedy chops. Well, older me. Now, I'm pretty much a flaccid dong

I really need to get to know a good butcher. Even though I spent 10 years in a shitty supermarket, it meant I mostly knew shitty butchers. Supposedly there's a great one just down the street from me in another town. I've been meaning to get in there and introduce myself, just so I can get the cuts of meat I actually want. I generally am not very picky when I'm eating dinner, but if I'm making a certain recipe then I really try to be a stickler, and most of my upcoming recipes involve decent cuts of meat (Ruhlman, what can do you do. LOL!). I really need a decent butcher though. I feel like less than the half a man I am without one.

I really enjoyed Creed's first album, before it got any real national play. Then it got uglyAnd thera, there is a meat place/gourmet prepared foods but I don't like them. They do cheesy shit like the heart snapped ribeye for 2 on Valentines, etc but I wasn't impressed. We have a large grocery chain here called Publix and they are super customer friendly, very clean and good. Every butcher I talked to was super helpful. I actually would love a part time job there learning to be a butcher but they never responded to my application. Assholes.

You suck his dong? Guy intern, right? And while my music tastes aren't as bad as Nickelback' and the like, I am definitely not cutting edge anymore. There was a time when mk would've told you that I was down. Get Up Kids, Sunny Day, JEW, Piebald, Mineral, Hum, Texas is the Reason, Penfold, Appleseed Cast, Hot Water Music and many more like that, and of course, Dashboard Confessional. Sue me on that last one. Whatever.

I think the bad idea is questioning anything when a female is willing to go out with you.And Speedz would be proud of the whole craddle robber thing.
