  1. I am usually close to being done with work at noon. Although I have a long drive back and barely get to do any thing when I get home except sleep and wake up and do it all over again. Glad I had an early day today. Won a $4.40 SnG at FullTilt and got into the FCP HORSE tourny.
  2. Any one can post any news story they want on Yahoo. I don't know exactly the process of doing so. But a link on how to get it done is on their site here: http://help.yahoo.com/help/us/news/news-08.html
  3. I believe Daniel said in one of his journal posts that they switched the game every time the dealer switched, which would mean 30 minutes (in most places I can recall... I don't think they sit longer than that). So since in a home game (I am assuming you mean a home game) then just set a time period for each game.
  4. "2nd place 2nd place 2nd place 2nd place disquailfication for urinating on the table, 2nd place...."
  5. I wonder what Daniel has to say about it since Bill Fillmaff says he is the Anti-Daniel!
  6. Your Ace kicker was higher than her 9 kicker. You would have won. Now if her pocket pair was higher than the 4's, ie 55 let say, then her QQ55 beats your QQ44. But you should never muck your hand like that with big slick!
  7. I know that it wasn't a great hand. At the end of the post, I pasted the convo we had after the hand inwhich I said: "frank2982: it was a stupid play on my part, but ill take luck over skill any day". So yes, I know it was stupid to play that hand and then to chase. But if you don't switch your play up and consistantly raise with the standard A2xx or AAxx double suited, people will pick up on your play. As I am not stupid enough to think you don't realize that. That just happened to be one of the hands I didn't play a premium hand and got lucky with. I mean hell, I was in a tournament earlier

  10. Devilfish tends to win fairly often, espicaly higher limit games. But I do see your point, it is in the best intrest of the sites if everyone thinks they can beat the pros. I see a lot of people throw away money on those tables.Phil Laak also plays on UB, but rarely, and mostly 2-7 triple draw. What is Laak's name on UB? I play quite a bit of the 2-7 but I don't know his SN.
  11. I beat Scott so much in the last 2 weeks in O8B at UB. It's the other's at the table you gotta watch out for. I had to go and play some NLHE though and lost alot of money so I can't go back and play at Scott's O8B tables for a few days or so. He usually plays 2/4 (normal and kill) and 3/6. I though have never seen him playing the 10/20 while I was at that table in the past.
  12. You can also get them for free in most casino's I believe. But I am not for sure.
  13. This came from the update board for the pokerstars Caribbean adventure. A moment in time with Negreanu and Nakano The following is a guest post from Pokerstars.comcardroom manager, Lee Jones, who as many of you know is also an accomplished writer and a damned nice guy. Umm... the guy that wrote that already is a writer.
  14. The person you are referrencing said:"i dont play poker for a living, and when i do play, i only play 2/4 or 3/6 but i dont see why its such a big deal to tip the dealer a buck if you win a nice pot. "They said they DON'T play for a living. When they do play, its only the small limits. With that said, I can see a recreational player tipping every hand. They are there for enjoyment and to just have a good time. They want to win but it's not gonna determine whether or not you get to eat that night. If some one is making a living doing it, then I think they have a right to not tip if they don't w
