If there are two things LHE players like, they are weed and pornography. The third would be kittens. LHE does not appear on the list.

if there ever was a match that needed a recap, this was it, i think. i'll do my best, and alf can toss in some other hands if he can remember them....i took an early small lead, but went mindblowingly card dead and he got me down to 100 chips. but i won 2 60/40 hands as the shortstack and clawed my way to an 1800/1200 lead.the big hand in my comeback:i have 93d on the bb, alf raises kd6c to 100 at 25/50, i call.flop jd6d6s. i check, he (bets small? checks? i forget), i call if he bet.turn small diamond. i figure him for a 6 and go all in, he calls, no help on the river, and i double up to get a playable stack again.then a lot of small pots get me to that 1800/1200 advantage and back down to exactly even.the blinds then got to 50/100, which really was a pity considering how the game was going. we were around even when the following deciding hand happened:i have kqs on bb, alf has kk on button. he calls, i raise to 400, he reraises to 700, i call.flop Js Jh 6s.i check, he goes all in for the remaining 600 (i wanted this, thinking one of my overs was good along with the flush draw), i call instantly.turn 9d, river 2c, and i'm down to 350, to be taken out shortly thereafter.a really, really unbelievable match, alf. much respect.
