That seems to be causing issues with my gall bladder. Or my gall bladder issue stops me from eating PB. But that can be rectified.

Zach, you might try carbonated water. Can be flavoured or unflavoured. Sounds a bit weird but when I kicked pop for a while, it really helped. It's more interesting than water and I think the familiar bubbles kind of killed the need for me to reflexively grab dark pop at my normal times
Long signatures are really annoying.
