serge 904
Which of the semi-final teams was the exception? That would be the mighty Stackers.
Zach6668 513
Broadway's score was a surprise, but Puck Warfare had a stellar lineup that would not have looked out of place in the AHL semi-finals (or finals, for that matter). His projected score was higher than 2 of the semi-finalists, IIRC. Tonight, a 6-gamer, depth (or lack thereof) is showing in the Reject Cup as the two teams have lower projected scores than any of the main playoff teams.
digitalmonkey 929
You guys should be embarrassed. Both rejects would of beaten 3 of the 4 teams I am embarrassed. I'll try harder to score tonight. Also...It's "would have" not "would of"... how embarrassing.

serge 904
If Dale wins and goes to finals we have a very cool poker analogy. Zach vs Dale is like old school vs new school. Zach is GTO and Dale is more exploitative and feel player. Dale has experience from the old days. Zach came up in the new internet age. It’s Fedor vs Hellmuth It’s the Germans vs the old school grinders. Who will win?
Zach6668 513
I’m not so sure Dale isn’t a GTO also.

digitalmonkey 929
I play SnGs online and start out tight/aggressive until the maniacs are gone. I can usually double-up early against one of them. Then I will loosen up a bit and try to chip away. It seems to work. Players at the limit I play seem to really love any 2 suited cards. Dubey 1,035
Dale is the Phil Ivey that has been employing GTO elements and ranging intuitively the whole time but never had a name for what he was doing.
Zach6668 513
5 day break. Rest up. Stackers vs Gothic AHL Championship belt on the line. Quest begins on Monday. Meanwhile, congrats to Puck Warfare for winning the Reject Cup!

FCP Bob 1,312
Congratulations to the Puck Warfare organization on their victory in the Toilet Bowl and being the Reject Cup Champions of the 2017-18 season. The Reject Cup Champions are celebrated as the best of the worst. It's sort of like being the smartest child of Donald Trump.
