4 Handed LHEI'm playing against 2 donks really and 1 decent aggro player, but for the most part it's about as soft as it gets at the limits I play.sb=donk that will desperately try to bluff at lots of potsbb=overaggressive donk who will bet and raise everything and make desperation bluffs with 4 high and etcHERO has 99 in the COhero raises, button folds, sb cold calls, bb 3-bets, hero calls, sb callsThe 3-bet could mean anything, I decide not to cap, because I'd like to see a flop before determining a course of action.FLOP: Q 7 5sb checks, bb bets, hero raises, sb calls, bb callsNot too bad for 99, I decide to raise to knock the sb out and see if I'm ahead. I feel I'm ahead after everyone just calls.TURN: Ksb checks, bb checks, hero? Now comes the tricky part, obviously this is a bad card for my hand, with 2 players in the pot, chances are one of them hit a K or Q. Do I take the free card and get a cheap showdown hopefully or bet out? The negative side of betting out was that I was liable to get check/raised on the turn here while being beat and also when I'm still ahead, but I'm not too fond of calling a check/raise and a river bet with just a pair of 9's. The positive of betting the turn is I may get an Ace to fold and gain fold equity that way and also perhaps earn myself a free showdown possibly.

First of all I'd check the turn.If you bet thinking 99 is best they're gonna call you with QX or KX (maybe raise with K(rag), but most likely they're just calling you down now (maybe a desperation raise on the turn. Since you know this betting isn't going to help you since they're going to see a river no matter what. If you check you save a bet if they are calling you down with QX, KX. Also, one of them will definitely lead out on the river after you check and there's a good chance they'll do it with anything (as you said they make desperation plays to win a pot), at this point you can call the final bet and 9's may still be good, but if they aren't you've saved yourself a bet.
