I think, and correct me if I'm wrong, most people who answered have played in live LO8 events and I don't know what TV TwoFourOffsuit is watching, but I personally never have seen any LO8, tourney or otherwise, on TV.I've played from $250 up to $1000 entries and none had 30 minute levels. Tis true!!! iwantitall, bdc30 and I are speaking merely of the Orleans 4/8 game. An example of one hand that stands out in my mind...I had A21010. Flop was 10 3 6. Turn was another 3. It was capped between myself and one other lady. The river was another low card giving me nut low as well as my boat. Capped again. Lady mucked. As I was scooping my pile of chips, she said she had "flopped nut boat" implying that I turned her. Flopped nut boat. When the flop was 10 3 6. And that, my dear O8 friend, is the level of quality players at the Orleans 4/8 game! I can give more examples

I just got back from Vegas a few days ago.There was nothing at the Venetian when we checked for a game there and the Wynn had a 10/20 with 1/2 kill one day we checked and on another day had the same game plus a 20/40 with half kill. However, if you want low limit against players who will gladly pay you because they aren't sure what they are doing, the Orleans always has a 4/8 with half kill going. If your patience is of high levels against horrible players, this is the profitable game for anyone who knows how to play the game.

I would have taken a peek by limping in. To assume all the A's are already dealt out is to assume that people only will play with an A in their hand which is not the case.
