Man I just cant handle downswings. Everytime I get money in a site I do a beatiful job building a bankroll. I have a new bankroll strategty perfectully figured out. Than I have a bad session and it all goes to hell. I just go on tilt and play much higher stakes than I should be playing. Does anyone have any reccomedations. Should I just quit playing all together. Any thoughts?

Sounds like your bankroll strategy isn't working then. don't play over your bankroll. that's what it's there for. If you feel like you're tilting, turn the other cheek and walk away.

If you can't play within a bankroll and you can't handle tilting then you shouldn't be playing anything more than 'recreational poker'. I have been there in the past, played above my BR and tilted off hundreds of pounds by doing so. I have learnt my lessons now though and play WELL within my roll. I usually turn my PC off if I think I am starting to tilt. It's usually pretty late at in the evening when I get tired and lose focus by that point anyway! lol!

So far the end of February and beginning March have been pretty bad for me. Hopefully things will turn around. I say keep playing through it.

I just got my ass handed to me for about 300 bucks if that makes you feel better. Wow. Thank god my connection just failed ( It rarely does, I think it was a messgage). For some reason I thought it would be a good idea to try playing omaha hi low heads up for one of the first times heads up at the 5 10 level after I was already pissed losing 50 bucks playing stud. Took some of the worst beats of my life tonight but I should have quit sooner and could've saved some bets in there too. Wasn't it Jen Harmon who said something like "show me a player when hes losing and I'll tell you how good he is" or something like that. Aparently I'm still not that good. I still have a couple grand online but god I hate losing that much money in a session. Done with poker for a couple days off to beer. gl
