I am amazed that her book has made it to the best seller list. I can only hope that people thought it was a comedy or read it as a goof. If not, the dumbing down of America is gaining momentum.

Yes and as Prince said it makes good business sense. The fans will sell out everyone of his starts, and even if he has 80% of what he had last year, a rotation of Petite, Clemens and Oswalt will sell a lot of tickets and win a lot of games.Oh, and Lidge is now aware that he has been tipping his pitches this season and will hopefully fix that and get back to his old self.

Clemens will sign with Houston next month. He is taking the time off this year so that he will be fresh for the playoffs. If anyone remembers, last year towards the end of the season his arm was tired and he was not as effective hence the extra rest.This is my opinion as a lifelong Astros fan.
