This was a very lose game, we were all having lots of fun and this hand occurred. The Bald Guy was catching every two, three, six outer you could think of. And people were bluffing all their chips off to him (coz hes a calling station). I did everything in my power to protect my hand. I raised over the pot ($29) to $35 Preflop with pocket Kings. I was amazed that 4 OTHER PEOPLE CALLED $35 PREFLOP. Five of us took the flop. I knew that if theflop looked remotely safe I was sticking all my chips in on the flop and hoping for the best. After the flop (10h 6h 7s) I felt alright. The Bald Guy checked and the Fat guy went all in for $43(8c 8s) I knew he didn't have much (top pair at most) because he was on super tilt and the way he pushed his chips in he was frusterated. The guy with Queens only had $35 and was all in so even if he caught a Queen I would only lose $175 from the pot. Green Gut said "I have to go with my Gut on this one." and called $43(5c 4s) so I figured he didn'thave me beat either and had some sort of draw. So I put the test to the Big Stack Bald Guy (Ad 9c) and raised to $115 total all in. When I did that He was thinking very hard.I begged him not to call! Please dont' call please dont' call I said. He said "There is too much money in the pot, I have to call." And he called with (Ad 9c) So there it was four of us all in for a huge pot.(Green Gut with 5 4o folded) If i beat the Bald Guy (Ad 9c) I would win the side pot and at least get my money back, so all i did was to beat him to get out of this situation alive. I also had over 50% chance of winning the entire pot. But think of the outs when the 5d came on the turn, giving 8 8 an open ended straight draw. I needed to dodge-Two Remaining 8'sThree Remaining 9'sFour remaining 4'sTwo remaining Q'sThree remaining A'sFor my Approximation of 14 cards to beat me on the river. The River came a devastating Ace of Clubs and I lost the entire pot to the luck box BaldGuy increasing his stack to over $1200.00.I did everything I could to Push People out of this pot and protect my hand. But everyonestuck it in on me and I was in a very tight situation for a huge win. It could have goneeither way, and all I could do was stick my money in with the best hand and hope for thebest. It didn't turn out that way. If I had more money on the table I would have been ableto push the Bald Guy out for maybe a big $200+ dollar re-raise, but I guess it just wasn'tenough for a gambling calling station with a big stack with chips to gamble with. Stilla wild pot in a crazy loose Game where I wish I would have came out on top.

Wow, that seems like a really loose table.I'm not a big fan of most of the calls, but this being a loose table I guess it was probably fairly standard.I'm not a loose table strat specialist. However, you got your money in with the best hand, nothing more you can do. That's poker.I've been trying to build an on-line BR so I can play at Casino Nova Scotia some time in the future. Hopefully when I do get the chance to play there I don't run into a table full of LAG's like this.Edit to add: BTW, the A9 caller was getting 3.1:1 on the call. With 2 cards to come he was still getting the right price to call.

Edit to add: BTW, the A9 caller was getting 3.1:1 on the call. With 2 cards to come he was still getting the right price to call.Yeah he was. Thats why I wish I had more $$ on the table so I could have pushed him out and not given him a chance to call for 3.1:1 odds. Nevertheless the preflop call for $35 with A 9 offsuit was pretty wild don't ya think? After the flop he was stuck playing the marginal hand for a lot of $$.And Man, **** BR Management, come to the casino and try your luck. Play for a good time. There is nothing like playing live and winning good pocket change at the sino. Throw $200 down some night, if you lose you can work it off!!

Yes, although I didn't specify preflop with my statment about the questionable calls, that's where I think alot of them made their mistakes. With your big re-raise, I'd have to put you on KK or AA, maybe QQ, and I'd have a difficult time calling with anything less.I am really looking forward to going to CNS in the near future. But, although I have a very good income, I have promised myself (and my wife) that I will not put any of my own money into poker. So far, I've managed to do that. Once I get about $1K in my online account I'll think about heading down to CNS. I'm really close, I suspect it will be sometime early in the new year.

Dude, quit complaining. And the other guy: "I hope I don't find tables like this..."If you played this hand and only this hand everyday for a year, your bankroll would be 50k at the end of the year!!!
Yes, you are correct. However, I've never played live at a B&M so when I do venture down for the first time it will be nerve racking enough. Playing live for the first time in a loose game would probably be frustrating for this noob, and may not allow me to play my game. Either way, I'm looking forward to playing live for the first time early in the new year.

wow, lots of Nova Scotians here. I'm in Halifax too, and usually head down to the casino once or twice a week. Usually just play 2/4, or some 1/2 sprinkled in, though once in a while man-up to the 10/20 game.1/2 tables are not usually that laggy, but you usually have one or two old men mixed in who'd die in their chairs before they folded 88 before the flop.

Yea only thing you could have done was sit bigger..or with a table that loose, make a ridiculous re-raise preflop. I'm talking like $100..88 might have come, and you know the queens would have. Bald guy probably wouldn't have seen the flop if you would have done that. After the flop, with all that money in..can't see him folding unless your reraise allin, like you said, was more. Tough one
