Yeah.

Yeah.

I love this show. I wanna read the books now for sure, but I might wait a few years until the series ends.

False. Stay the course, Tim...

Also, I think some Industrial-Goth band should do a cover of White Wedding as "Red Wedding" and have clips from episode 9 in the video

The reason I'm gonna wait is that I'll probably love them and want to keep reading beyond what they've filmed. I like it how it is for me now though - watching the show with no idea what's coming or which characters will stay important and for how long, and which new characters will show up, etc.

why would anybody read something when you can just watch it on tv? idiots.

but I agree with tim I think it was who said that the red wedding was shocking, but not all that shocking considering past events in the show. I mean when they kill off the main character in the first freaking season, you have to assume that anything is possible. the only people I'd actually get upset about dying would be tyrion or daeneras or whatever her name is. I'd do stuff to her that would make max hardcore flinch.

also, the bolton bastard, him waving that sausage... creepiest/grossest/funniest part of the show? yeah. that's another thing: this show is pretty freaking hilarious at points. never really seen anybody mention that but it's really quite funny.

I'd also be pretty upset if the killed Arya. Her dying at this point, or either of the two characters you mentioned, might even be more shocking than Ned Stark. It would certainly make me actually angry if they killed any of those three. You can't kill off the mother of dragons before she's even had her chance to try and take back the throne, you can't kill off the lovable dwarf who's the only real protagonist who isn't a Stark or a Khaleesi , and you can't kill off the badass little girl because you just can't.

I don't posses the patience to wait. If I know there are answers to my questions by reading a book ima read that damn book.

Yea, you're certainly terrible at the patience thing.

There's a good argument that the show is better than the books, especially when you consider the mediums involved. The show has the possibility to be one of the greatest dramas ever, whereas the books are only up there in their own genre, not the medium as a whole. And as BigD will attest, there's plenty of problems with the books and the way the story is going there. After season 1, I'd have said "read the books, learn more!" but by now you're very familiar with most of the characters, and you can learn a ton that you missed just by rewatching a season. I say stay away, and enjoy the show for the greatness that it is.

I'd meant to mention that in parentheses, but forgot, and now, once again, whiskers gets all the credit.
