brvheart 1,752
Pulp Fiction probably isn't an action packed comedy film, but instead an action/drama with some funny lines. Film critics are pretentious for the sake of it. Most of these super old movies (like the several from the 20's and 30's) probably wouldn't even make any of us smile, let alone laugh. Essay21 2,385
Holy shit that list sucks.
BigDMcGee 3,352
Duck Soup will make you laugh, don't kid yourself. Pulp Fiction and the King of Comedy are two really weird additions. I'm not sure MASH belongs here, either. Dr Stranglove does, though it's the darkest of possible movies ( great choice as your favorite movie, Bob). This list needed more pretentiousness, not less. No charlie kaufman movies on this list is a joke.
Essay21 2,385
I don't see Superbad or 40 Year Old Virgin. I don't see This Is The End or Hall Pass. List is ignoring the last ten years in favor of some 1940s bullshit. Not on my watch.
Essay21 2,385
I mean seriously this list pisses me off.
Dubey 1,035
Pulp Fiction is my favourite movie, and it shouldn't be anywhere near a top 100 comedies list. Also, if There's Something About Mary is on this list, Dumb & Dumber should be on this list.
FCP Bob 1,312
one thing to keep in mind is that the critics came from all over the World, not just N America
brvheart 1,752
A film critic from Europe or even Russia is still retarded if they think Pulp Fiction is a comedy.
Untilted 158
Inglorious Bastards made me laugh more than Pulp Fiction
SuperJon 175
I don't see Superbad or 40 Year Old Virgin. I don't see This Is The End or Hall Pass. List is ignoring the last ten years in favor of some 1940s bullshit. Not on my watch. Don't forget Wedding Crashers.
SuperJon 175
Before we call the list pretentious, let's not forget that SouthPark did make the cut.
BigDMcGee 3,352
South Park is the second greatest satire after Dr Strangelove, it should be much higher
Essay21 2,385
Don't forget Wedding Crashers. They really left us in th trenches taking grenades on this one.
FCP Bob 1,312
South Park is the second greatest satire after Dr Strangelove, it should be much higher our tastes are really similiar
BigDMcGee 3,352
our tastes are really similiar They made a Disney song about Uncle ****ing. That alone should make it a top-10 comedy
FCP Bob 1,312
They made a Disney song about Uncle ****ing. That alone should make it a top-10 comedy that really was the song that should have been nominated for the Oscar. Blame Canada only got the nomination because it was the only song in the movie that was PG13
Untilted 158
Not crazy about this list How "Its a mad, mad, mad, mad World" doesn't make it, is a shame. Do they not consider Home Alone and Toy Story comedies? A couple of my obscure favorites never had a chance to make this list (Let it ride and Whose minding the mint) but are so much better then some movies that made it. Tootsie and Groundhog day are so overrated Animal House, Princess Bride and Ghostbusters should be much higher The worst atrocity of this list is Young Frankenstein at #22. Should be #
BigDMcGee 3,352
that really was the song that should have been nominated for the Oscar. Blame Canada only got the nomination because it was the only song in the movie that was PG13 1000% agree. Seeing South park the first time, and having that start off the movie... It was hysterical, i couldn't handle how funny it was. It was brilliant.

brvheart 1,752
I don't get how that's a parody of Disney and I don't get why you guys think it's the greatest thing ever. I am definitely missing something.
CATO 0
The "Music Box" 1931 Classic with Laurel & Hardy... Are you all kidding me... 97?? You need to rewind this "Flick". Because it's great....! With very little "Chatter"... Thank You.....
