PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (9 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from UTG+1: Solid player. Won a few small pots and recently lost a big potButton: Fairly loose. Recently showed off a couple of bluffs.FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FCP)CO ($15.55)Button ($12.50)SB ($19.50)BB ($27.80)Hero ($21)UTG+1 ($20.30)MP1 ($10.65)MP2 ($24)MP3 ($36.35)Preflop: Hero is UTG with Q :club: , T :D . Hero raises to $0.75, UTG+1 raises to $2, 4 folds, Button calls $2, 2 folds, Hero calls $1.25.Flop: ($6.35) 5 :D , 7 :D , K :) (3 players)Hero checks, UTG+1 bets $2.5, Button calls $2.50, Hero raises to $19 (all-in)I'm wondering if I should have dragged this out a bit longer or go in for the kill right then and there. If another diamond came down and my opponent shoved, I'd have a hard time calling. I was hoping that my opponent would call with either a smaller flush, set or the nut flush draw. If they have nut flush, then oh well.

you couldve made it to $9 or $10 to go, depends on what you think the other people have, i might slow play it a lil more if i had the A :club: , but since you dont, id make it around $9, see what other people have

The check raise push makes it seem too strong. Should just pot it instead next time.

i like this - 9 raise and then push it on the turn. - maybe you can get some callers.
and with the other hand ill doodle on some napkins, f*ck you with a loaf of bread and make you cheat on atkins.

That'd leave him $2.65, if my math is right. About the same.

I like your line. Getting all-in negates your positional disadvantage.

youd be giving UTG over 2-1 and Button over 3-1. And if you push the turn they will be getting about 4-1 on the call, too good of odds for them to fold the Ad or a set. Besides you OOP is the turn is a diamond, or pairs the board, you could be drawing dead

you really think people will fold sets at this level? maybe the A :club: , but dont we want the A diamond to draw?

I would fold this Utg and I probably would raise to 8-9$ on the flop. Nothing glaringly wrong about the way you played it though. Results?

Do you mean instead of raising intitally, or when faced with the re-raise?In the former case, I would normally fold instead of raise, but you need to raise with this type of hand on occassion to mix things up. In the latter case, I think you should call the raise. You can probably narrow down villain's hand pretty well with the re-raise, and you want to hit exactly this type of flop to stack him.To the OP, I like the push. There's only three real hands that the villain could call with (given the pre-flop action), KK, AA (with the Ace of diamonds), or AK (with the Ace of diamonds). Your (well) ahead of all of them. CO may have hit his set, and is just playing it badly -- in any event you're ahead of him as well.
