  1. San Jose trades Toskala and Mark Bell to the Leafs for 1st round (13th overall), 2nd round pick this year, and 4th round pick in 2009.
  2. Hi Bob,I know you guys have been really busy dealing with the legislation in the US, and the move over to the new network, but as part of the ongame poker classic promotion, I believe there was an added bonus to all players that qualified for the ongame poker classic. I believe it was a tourney for all qualifiers - originally the winner was to be awarded with the buy in to a live MTT - but as a result of the legislation it was planned to be of a lesser value. Has this already happen? Is it still planned to be held? Thanks.
  3. I recall the last time DN got critized by playing aces the same way...hmm.Daniel Negreanu Doubles UpKevin O'Donnell raises to $6,000 from middle position and Daniel Negreanu calls from the button. The flop comes 9heart6diamond4heart and O'Donnell bets $12,000. Negreanu raises ro $28,000 and O'Donnell moves all in. Negreanu calls all in for his last $74,100. O'Donnell turns over AdiamondQclub but Daniel Negreanu shows AclubAspade. The turn comes 2club and the river is the 5diamond. Negreanu wins the pot to double up to $230,000. O'Donnell is left with only $10,000 chips.
  4. I don't want to come off the wrong way....but what's with all the weapon related items like: swords, gun cases, knife - excluding the kitchen knives - items in the store.Seriously, there's enough violence in the world today. And I'm not saying that people are playing tons of poker so they can get samurai sword to cause some problems....but why even offer such items?? And maybe some of the items are cool, and people are using it for good reasons like for camping, but if people really needed it for camping they should just go out and buy one instead.I for one would rather not have these items
  5. Hello,As FCP has decided to switch networks, I had a question regarding qualifying tickets. Are these transferrable to the new poker room? This may be difficult, since the buy in amounts may not be the same, or it the ongame network can't refund these??If they're not transferrable, will we be given fair warning to use up all these tourney tickets before the network switch takes place? Should I stop playing qualifiers?Just a few more things to think about before the switch.
  6. Cell phones and ergonomic chairs!
  7. I would like to see more practical things in the store like electronics... tv's, ipods, sound systems, etc. And stuff like golf clubs, golf balls, etc..... Most of the stuff in the store I really have no interest in.
  8. As a suggestion, maybe there should a section in the FCP store that shows new items added. Just keep stuff in that section for like a month or two.
  9. Is there a way to see how much I've spent to qualify for the event? Is there like a tournies entered history info somewhere available??
  10. For those that didn't catch it, this was one the most amazing things I've seen before a game begins.
  11. I lost my opportunity to win this event...but if the Oilers win it all....then all will be perfect!
  12. I'm new to golf and am certaintly not an expert, but most high end clubs are compareable to one another in terms of performance, it's a matter of preference more than anything else. The best thing to do is to just get it custom fitted and figure what feels best for you. Not just the clubs, but the grip, shaft, flex, length, etc. If you're planning to spend so much money on a set, you might as well try to make the best informed decision you can. As for the driver, there are several clubs that have a draw bias that helps reduce/eliminate the slice. Eg. Callaway Ft-3 - draw (one of two driver
  13. I'm official done. Congrats RJ and all the other winners. Have a good time in Vegas
  14. Well it's not looking too pretty for me now. I took Florida this weekend and need some major help from St. Louis to stay alive. Regardless of what happens, it's been fun and thanks to Matt for organizing this and making sure things run smoothly and to Daniel for making it all possible.
