Probablly about the same as nl hold'em. For me that's 600 times the big blind. I would suggest- 7 card sutd-1000, pl and nl holm'em and omaha- 600 and 300 for limit hold'em and omaha. That's just my suggestion, but it also depends on how well you can control your losses. :-)

If you want to learn, take $50 to PokerStars and play the micro limit. If you can play a bit then you probably want to have at least 20 buy-ins as your total bankroll. Remember, it is Pot Limit, so the aim is to capture stacks. IMO that is far more important than trying to calculate by BB. I suggest you should have at least 4 buy-ins available when you sit down.

It's insanely boring to play one table at a time, so to play four tables at $25 buyin you suggest $400? 4 buyins for 4 tables.
It depends why you play PLO8 and how diciplined/organized you are with player notes.Let me suggest that if you were a good enough PLO8 player for 4-tabling to be optimal, then you would not be asking the bankroll question. However, if you do want to play 4 tables then I would suggest you sit with $200, from a BRM p-ov.If you can play and have $400, then sit at a good $100 table, get into the game and take your shots.
